The World Collective
Book One in The World Collective Series
When environmental disaster threatened to end all life on earth, humanity came together and created the World Collective. Using The Code, a computer program that tracks every detail, citizens live in harmony, each ensured a full life story with access to food, medicine, education, and meaningful work as part of the collective.
But what happens when The Code is hacked?
The last terrorist attack happened eight years ago. Ry was the only survivor. Now fourteen, she can’t help but notice everything is happening too fast, especially when she is activated for her vital role four years early.
A terrorist has tampered with the coding that controls vital roles and Ry has been assigned to the very team tasked with his capture. As Ry adapts to life as an adult in a new city and working to make new friends, she begins to see that more is at stake than a couple kids being forced to grow up too fast.
Because The Code controls every aspect of life…
And death.

"I'm not typically a dystopian fan but I loved this book! I found it easy to follow the plot and descriptions of the books setting and the character development kept me engaged. Cullen did a great job of having her characters work through problems unique to her dystopian world while still retaining believability. I can't wait to read it to my son!"

"I'll admit that I neglected my two children for the better part of two days while I read this book. I mean, I gave them snacks...
It's just such a beautiful story about trying to find your value and place in world you don't fully understand. The artful storytelling drew me into both the world, and the characters, giving me enough to feel grounded, but not overwhelmed with Tolkien-level descriptions of food. The unraveling mysteries and challenges had me exclaiming out loud "Oh no, Ry!" and making myself wagers on who might survive.
Anyway.. I'm not a book reviewer.. But I really enjoyed this book. Captivating world. Believable characters. Love love love."

"Talk about being on the edge of your seat! Throughout the entirety of this book, I was engaged and intrigued. I love how Cullen developed the characters, without spending too much time on each one individually. It was a great balance between detail and practicality. The story draws you in, immediately grabbing your attention. The only “criticism” I have is that it left me hanging! I can hardly wait for the next book to be released 🙂"
